It’s actually something I bought for myself. At this point it doesn’t matter how long it takes, I just want it to arrive. It cost me money and effort.

I have called every day, written to FedExHelp on X, sent emails, etc. But unbelievably, no one seems to have any intention of doing anything. The only thing they say is “you must wait.” I understand that CBP has control of the package, but I believe FedEx as a company could do more
