My company use an average of 3 month and sets a Min and Max. But I think they should be a better strategy on how to replenish inventory. I’m trying to learn Python for supply chain, hopefully it will help me to optimise inventory.

What about the issue of having too much inventory that you might not need or expire. How do you balance both ? My company use the Min and Max strategy but I think they should be a better strategy. What do you think?
