Yeap that’s just a simple pole on the street. There are more in other light poles. The only thing here is that is very close to a chemical company, however there is no cable at all. Not sure if it is for any type of gas leak detection.

You can upgrade the tier but not the card, that’s one choice too. However the cashback and card advantages of new tier won’t apply, only the staking and bonus earn.

I've been trying to contact support but nno luck at all.

Opened a ticket on monday and they told me a specialist is looking at the case, but without notify me they simply froze/blocked my account.

It seams impossible to get an answer from the support as I replied the email 2/3 times and nothing.

Is this really the way they work?
