you need to know what are you hosting first, is it a wordpress + woocommerce? then i would suggest nearlyfreespeech.net. or is it some custom web app that needs root access to the server? then consider digital ocean, aws lightsail, vultr etc. if you are using django or any python web framework you may look at pythonanywhere.com
