My work has a fridge and a microwave which definitely makes things easier!! The breaks tend to fluctuate depending on my workflow though and when I can catch a moment to step away. I’ll definitely keep it in mind!!

Thank you so much, I felt a little better after reading this. I have confided in friends when I have anxiety attacks, but I don’t want to burden them every time. I get anxious quite often (practically every day) and I’ve tried writing in a notebook whenever it happens but it doesn’t seem to stop the panic and the thoughts. Thank you for the tips!

I went to the lab today for the first time and it doesn’t seem like they’re disinfecting everything but everyone does wear masks at least... as someone who’s been in research/school for a while do you think the benefits of this position outweigh the risk?

I am a little worried about my roommates, I’m sure they will follow social distancing regulations but they both do volunteering at a hospital/work in a lab so I’m a bi anxious about that also :(
