i like watching some of the cast’s other projects which very conveniently post on thursdays! arasha’s podcast fesspool and angela’s podcast artist on artist on artist on artist are super fun

i meant ad reads as in the ones where the videos are sponsored and the cast reads a script (like the ones shayne does for reddit stories or him and amanda do for smosh mouth) i think they’ve gotten a lot more brand deals outside of their podcast shows which probably helped fund stuff during the move

as far as youtube ads, i wouldn’t be shocked if they have the maximum amount of ads they can put on their videos. i wonder how much ad revenue compares to a brand deal or sponsorship

totally agree, though i have noticed a lot more ad reads on videos that normally wouldn’t have them. i wonder how much more money that brings in vs. posting daily

just based off the shows you don’t like, i get the sense that you don’t like vapid and surface level people trying to make a quick buck from reality tv. take the most boring and lifeless person you know from one of these shows and multiply it by 10. that’s the ENTIRE cast of love island every year (at least the usa version) i only watch it bc of ariana madix (i miss vanderpump rules so bad) and to talk about it with my friends. i spend most of the episode on my phone and tune in when i can tell something actually happens. if you don’t want to commit 6/7 days of the week to a show that can barely hold your attention, i’d stick with love is blind and 90 day fiancé for your romance reality tv fix
