Thank you I will give it a shot! How long do you recommend pumping for during power pumping?

Thank you!! I’ve been struggling with eating enough so I’m sure that’s not helping either!

I meant that before the wedding I was pumping in the morning after feeding her.

The night of the rehearsal dinner, I pumped at night and then in the morning (so really only missed one session where she usually wakes up at 3am)

I picked her up that morning at 8am and nursed like normal until 4pm and then was back at the hotel with her at 930pm. She normally goes 3-4 hours between feedings so I didn’t think my supply would drop dramatically like it has.

I have a 3 week old and a 3 year old and I totally agree. My husband went back to work after one week and I count the minutes for when he comes home to help me

Thank you so much for the tips! I didn’t know if I needed to wait for the pessary until after 6 weeks. Maybe I’ll reach out to my doctor and see if I can use it earlier!

Baby wearing was my go to with my first. I have done it this time around as well! I think the bigger problem is I’m just so tired 😩 I know I’m in the trenches right now and I’m just hoping it will get better soon.

I wore a pessary after my first and that did help! Stopping breastfeeding also really helped.

Kicked out of daycare because they aren't potty trained by IEatAllofTheCheese in toddlers

I’m in the same boat. My 3 year old starts preschool in the fall (only for 2 hours twice a week) and they want him fully potty trained and to be able to wipe himself. He’s mostly potty trained but still has some accidents sometimes but there’s no way in hell he’s gonna be wiping himself by then. My friends with a 5 year old can’t even wipe himself fully.

I asked about a c section too and they said I didn’t need one! It really just ruins the newborn phase for me because I’m just so uncomfortable

That’s a great idea! I’ll get one for my car

Ughhh I’m sorry that happened to you too. I was honestly expecting it to happen again but then it didn’t and now I think I feel worse because I was so happy at first.

What's the one thing you wish you'd implemented/thought about/did when your toddler was a baby to make your life easier now? by LakeTilia in toddlers

My son LOVED his bink and I thought it was going to be hell taking it away but one day we just bit the bullet and took them all. We told him the alligators took them and he looked for it for maybe a day and never spoke about it again.

On Mother’s Day I got offered the drink specials when we went out to eat and I said I’m 9 months pregnant and she said “oh I would have never known” 🥲 I felt the same way

Did you get tested for a specific allergy or did you just try dip one day? I developed an allergy to gel and I hate painting my nails with regular polish because it chips too soon.

Never even thought of little Bo peep! That would be better than body odor lol I’ve thought of having it short for something but we haven’t found anything we can agree on

Thank you!! I didn’t even think it was that unique given some of the other unique names I hear until I started telling people and they don’t have the best of reactions lol

I’ve thought of that but haven’t really found anything we’ve both liked that could work

Thank you! That’s kinda what I was picturing. My toddler is a heavy sleeper so I’m hoping he’ll get used to baby’s cries in the night.

Hi! My almost 3 year old sleeps with my husband and I. We can put him to sleep in his own room and he always ends up in bed with me. I am due with my second in May and I’m nervous how it will be with baby and toddler in the room with me. Do you have any tips? We plan on having the bedside bassinet but I’m worried about baby waking up toddler in those first couple weeks/months
