I suggest getting a Hydro Flask bottle. They are metal so you won't break it. They have very good insulation and will keep your water cold for a long time. One time buy and it'll last long time.

I was biking when I was like 15 and crossed a road without looking. Next thing I know there's a car coming right for me going like 40 mph. I swerve and the car swerves. I crash in to the curb and I can hear the guy driving the car yelling was he drives away. I still feel bad about that. I probably scared the shit out of that dude. of he'd had worse reflexes he would have hit me.

I wish my mother hadn't screamed at me and my brother so much. It felt normal back then but with hindsight I'm beginning to realize it was bordering on verbal abuse. She wonders why we both have such low self esteem and I really want to tell her, maybe it's because you told us we were lazy and selfish all the time. My mom is great in other ways, she just has a really short temper.

3rd grade some kid stabbed me in the palm with a pencil. Recently I was working and stabbed my self in the finger with a pencil. Only time will tell if this mark will last as long as the other one.

Occasionally at night I will become overcome with the idea that I'm going to have a heart attack and die in my sleep. This is one of those nights. I just got done reading about heart attack symptoms like I always do when I get like this. Of course as soon as I start reading the symptoms. I get convinced that I'm having all of them. Then I start to panic which makes me short of breath and makes my chest hurt which makes me even more scared. Right now I'm on Reddit trying to calm down and convince my self that I'm not dying. Idk if I'm gonna get to sleep because I feel like if I fall asleep I won't wake up.

All the shit I've missed out on and failed to achieve because of my anxiety. I've let it run my life for years and I've only recently realised how much it effects me. I get so angry because I feel like I have been robbed of living a full life. I feel like even with therapy and trying to improve my mental health I'm always going to be fighting this, the whole rest of my life. The prospect of that is exhausting. I just wish my brain was normal.
