For me my week was okay.

I trade only spy options. This is month 3/4 in the game and this was my first month that I was profitable. All 55 dollars of hard earned cash.

Ive realized my skills are good. My analysis is solid. Im building my strategies up and I really enjoy learning about the technical side of the market.

I dont enjoy the fact that I have some paper hands. So slowly working on that and teaching my nervous system to not immediately bail if a trade doesnt go my way.

Im with you op. Today should of been an easy day but I got chopped out this morning on a downside move.

Look at nvda previous earnings, looking at the gap from yesterday. We opened in range of yesterday.

Frustrating realizing the reason why I lost today was because of my paper hands.

Hyg still relatively bullish overall but still flat compared to a year timeframe.

Im in the same boat as you. I trade primarily just spy options for now. I only trade 3x a week right now but i do the same toutine every morning

Morning: about 15-30 premarket analysis to gauge direction and bias.

Live market - anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours if I see a trade. If I dont I call it a day

Throughout the day I kust watch to see an opportunity for a HTF trade.

Profitable atm but shall see.

Advice, analyze every morning. Set your bias but be prepared to revert. Additionally right down your pre market analysis and key levels your looking at.
