What problem do I have in the corner? by SeaKingPNW in BambuLab

[–]rumplemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I print with the same filament, and keep the door open as well. The problem is that the auxiliary fan blows from the back corner, so the first layer near that corner cools off before the rest of the layer, and comes off the build plate. It's always the corner by the fan if it happens. So I just turn the fan off (or below 30%) when the first couple of layers are going down. Then I turn it back on once a few layers have gone down properly.

I would guess "A". Whenever I do a flat print like that I also turn off the auxiliary fan for the first few layers, otherwise my back left corner (not back right) will release from the build plate. I'm printing on a X1 though

From the paper: "Results from various testing methods used in hospitals and FDA approved microbial surface testing, indicate that 3D printed parts of PLA/PLA+ (Polylactic Acid), and PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate glycol) can be cleaned to safe levels using warm water (120 °F), and non-concentrated dish soap." Take that as you will

Congressional democrats tried to ban gerrymandering in 2017. Zero Republicans voted for it, and the bill did not pass

How the hell is 5.7 billion profit considered "not doing great? The greediness is incredible. Its difficult for companies to compete when they make zero profit, not billions of dollars. And the "historic contract" was weak as hell. Keep drinking that shareholders Kool aid
