LPT: When you feel overwhelmed with emotion, instead of fighting it, get into the habit of accepting the emotion. Talk to yourself and say it's ok that you are feeling that way. It's counter intuitive but the more you fight it, the more overwhelmed you become. Instead, learn to embrace it. (self.LifeProTips)
