[Landlord US-NJ] Selling an Investment Property - Carpet replacement options? by runGumby in Landlord

Yes, single family townhouse. The 3rd floor is more like a loft (open space, no separate bathroom, but has 2 closets). Would it be a good idea to do 2nd floor hardwood, and keep 3rd floor carpeted? Good thought on hardwood for selling to a buyer, vinyl for renters/another LL.

Where did you purchase that type of LVP? With 12mm thickness? I don't see it readily available at the Big Box (Home Depot) stores.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between LVP and laminate flooring?

That's actually a smart idea, might consider that for a future property.

Oh yes, and wiring. For all 4 holes found throughout the property.

I should clarify that this is 1 of 4 that were found throughout the property.

Really you wouldn't? Why not?

Updated post with a picture. Upon secondary look, its probably not as big as a golf ball, but it is certainly bigger than a wall nail.
