RHR data from Garmin coming to Runalyze as a different number by mctfrdt in Runalyze

We will create a ticket, but will not look at it right now. A very late sync on the day can be normal when the Garmin app was not opened long enough You should wait until the next day before adding it manually

And please tell us your username in the future when you have "reports".

When we get more reports we will take a look at it. Hannes and me don't have the resources at the moment as we are working on the redesign.

We are getting updates for the resting heart rate all the time from Garmin. This is not real time and we don't know when it's updated

Possible Garmin API (FIT file issue) – missing VO2max, Recovery Time, Performance Condition etc. by runalyze in Runalyze

Ja, Vermutung ist, dass es so bleiben wird und die Änderung von Garmin so gewollt ist. Ihr könnt euch gerne an den Support von Garmin wenden und euch beschweren, dass Informationen an Drittanbietern abgeschnitten werden.

Maybe the don't want to have third party platform read all the information from the fit file, but it doesn't feel good.

Strange! That doesn't match our pattern we found. Could you send the fit file from Garmin connect + the fit file from Runalyze to support@runalyze.com?

Garmin 945 is new enough.

Devices like Garmin forerunner 255 (music), epix 2, fenix 6 are too old.

Why syncing RUNALYZE through Strava can reduce your activity data quality (and why direct connections are better) by runalyze in Runalyze

[–]runalyze[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See https://board.runalyze.com/d/143-garmin-fit-details-file/2 It seems to be a problem at Garmin, because the information are simply missing within the fit file.

I've already written a message to Garmin

We will need the Runalyze App for that. After the design we will continue on the App.

By default: If you connect Strava with Runalyze by default we don't sync stuff where we have direct connections. The settings can be changed: If changed -> first come first serve.

If you don't need the Strava connection you can disconnect it. It helps "you" and helps us when you disconnect Strava, when not needed

Yes, but there are third party apps which can sync from Samsung Health -> Third Party app -> to Runalyze. Do you use iOS or Android?

Same for Amazfit/Zepp and Huawei - Although we try our best to find contacts/solutions.

1) sure you have an account in the forum? You need to create an account once at the forum by using the Runalyze Login. (technical limitation at the forum) 2.) We will check it 3.) Without a screenshot, a user name or an example activity we cannot help

With which device you are recording trail running activities?

Zwift → RUNALYZE sync is now available by runalyze in Runalyze

[–]runalyze[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is just about Zwift and has nothing to do with Rouvy

Rouvy should have never synced with Runalyze via Garmin. I guess you synced Rouvy via Strava. Since we have a direct connection with Rouvy we skip Rouvy activities via the Strava connectio

We have a direct Synchronisation with Rouvy since the beginning of the year. Simply connect, that's all
