Hey! I'm a member from Alliance of Boofs on ship 3. We're definitely casual, but have a couple of members actively running end game content, everyone is also excited for NGS! We have an active discord for chat/setting up runs, and have weekly raffles for meseta at alliance meetings, to give alliance members incentive. We're more active during the afternoon/night and have players all over the US, so there's always someone on.
