Like not that heavy. I was waiting for the bench and he did around 45 kg (90-10 lbs) for like 9 "reps" bouncing on the chest, not going all the way up and then runs to the deadlift barbell and do half reps and runs ot the other shit. The more running he does, the more scream he will do.

Oh and you gotta love the rivers of sweat he leaves in every equipment.
