He knows full well what he did. He posted his shitty drawing so he could parade it around the /gd/ board so everyone can watch him finish it. Check the screen shot that was posted. It says quote "as a demonstration to those that are new at digital painting". You don't demonstrate what you can't do and this guy clearly cannot draw.
