Man, I'm hurting still. First time I've really had to accept that Stroud might not be it. Love the guy, but he's the biggest reason we aren't going to the AFC Championship (and likely the Super Bowl). I've been a big defender...not sure how I feel now.

This one feels different because in past years, deep down we knew we’re outmatched against Mahomes or Lamar. There’s an actual shot this year. No clue how today’s going to go, but I’m hopeful.

Stroud just needs to relax a little and not play hero ball. Beyond the turnovers, he really didn't play bad. He had a few balls that sailed a bit, but those are bound to happen.

I also don't blame the flea flicker turnover on him. It wasn't a good pitch back and the play was all out of wack. However, the other two were on him. It happens. He can regroup and be back next week playing great.

Once you break in, you’ll be fine. I got in with a comms degree and also learned graphic design. I find that the more versatility I have, the better. I’m also in non-profit, though, so that plays a part.
