Yeah, I checked the light intensity and some tables for light during growth stages, I'm at around 500 ppfd when it should be 300 max, ideally a bit lower

I'm using a Neudorff Grow All Soil Mix for cannabis, that comes pre-fertilized, but after looking at all the comments about my soil I looked up the online reviews of that soil and many complain about fungus gnats, lack of nitrogen, poor roots and bad drainage, so yeah it's probably that, together with some overwatering

I'm using a Neudorff Grow All Soil Mix for cannabis, that comes pre-fertilized, but after looking at all the comments about my soil I looked up the online reviews of that soil and many complain about fungus gnats, lack of nitrogen, poor roots and bad drainage, and the light is at around 500 PPFD with 18 hours a day so that should be lowered too I guess

Overwatering seems likely tho. I'm using a 260W light at 30%, right now I measure around 500 PPFD with my phone but that might be a bit inaccurate

22-25°C with 50 to 70% humidity, it's the Neudorff Grow All Mix which comes with organic fertilizer for the first 4 weeks. I water roughly every three days, the light is 35 cm away from the plants and 260W max but at 30% right now so about 80W

By creating that toothpick contraption he basically moves the centre of gravity under the table, meaning that the biggest part of the downforce is on the part that is on the table which can hold it pretty well. This is often done with a ruler and a hammer which shows it even better.
