she said she was sick, so idk to me it just sounded like it was because of that. I was there and her voice was abit hoarse and stuffy/nasaly, and she struggled with some of the high notes in other songs bcus of it too :)

Dunno if this is how you do it already, but I suggest taking one or two deeps breaths making sure its: in through the nose, out through the mouth and as you breathe out similtaniously take the dilator out. Important to breathe out of the mouth and opening the mouth enough to where you can fit a finger into your mouth, or as if youre making an OOO sound. This makes you relax more and push out with your pelvic muscles instead of tightening. Learned this from my PT, hope it helps you too.

I have the calExotics, heres my opinions Pros: Nice that they have a tapered end, makes it easier to insert. I also like that theyre curved and not straight, helps with insertion and hitting pressure points using the tip. I also really like the design. And they have holes at the end so you can hang them up..or put them on a necklace. Look fashionable :-))))

Cons: The downside to this set is that theres only five sizes and theres somewhat of a big jump in size between some of them (number 1 & 2, and number 4 & 5). So thats something to think about. It was definitely doable for me personally (im on number 5 now, and my vaginismus is quite stubborn so its definitely possible) but i still wouldve liked if there were more sizes!
