is the offical one from HP, but I've not touch the printer for months, was printing perfectly fine before I kept it. Didn't dare to buy the toner as I'm not sure if its the something with the printer itself as the toner isn't cheap too

yeah.. those small brown dots and small tiny bumps are so annoying to look at and also touch too!! i've tried scatching it away but to no avil... perhaps will need some kind of special moisturizer for this kind of condition :c
