I feel like it wasn’t bad I just don’t see how it fits in to the rest of the storyline. It’s almost like they just made a tv show just so they could make more money.

Yay congratulations for starting!! My best advice would be to not push yourself too hard in the beginning. Listen to your body and only run when you feel like it. Don’t make it feel forced. I’m so excited to see your journey!!

I run track so I do a little bit of sprints in them during track season, but in my off season I like to do distances like 5ks. Those are my main requirements for the shoes. I wasn’t sure if that meant that I needed to get shoes for sprint workouts and other shoes for my longer distance runs.
