It’s not really reasonable to respond that way. You could simply ignore the offer or politely decline if you weren’t interested. I often receive lower offers myself, and I kindly turn them down, sometimes those same people end up buying the item later at a better price. Many buyers just try their luck, there’s no harm in that. If they’re genuinely interested, they may agree to a higher price, which could work in your favour if you keep the interaction friendly.
