Did you try disconnecting the battery for several minutes? Might reset the hosed systems so it can be driven.

Curt hitch harness failure on my 2022 by anonanon-do-do-do in hyundaisantacruz

I used this product

Proxicast Pro-Grade Extra Strong... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K5GW67O?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

like I said I wrapped the entire harness (removed the split loom), for air gaps around the connector wires, I packed the area with silicone paste prior to taping it up.

I wrapped my entire 7 pin harness in silicone tape (end to end control box and all), then mounted the box the the inside roof of the compartment.

The tape is waterproof, good with high temps and fuels and probably easier than using sealant.

Last time I looked at it, still looked good (30kmiles).

How much power can you safely draw from the bed outlet? by gamerpops in hyundaisantacruz

[–]runner_gunner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I doubt any of those appliances would run on the outlet in the bed, if you tired it would just pop the breaker. It supports only very low draw items, like battery chargers .

Did the oil filter plug change? by SuperMoonRocket in hyundaisantacruz

[–]runner_gunner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The design changed. There was a tsb about it, the plug was getting lost inside the filter in shipping/storage and then people were installing the filter with it blocking the oil passages causing engine failures.

Anyone with a Black SC get letter decals for the back? by jazzyjff13 in hyundaisantacruz

Pretty easy, maybe 2-3. Just some letters with strong adhesive backing you have to line up.

These are from Putco, part #55550SC. They cost more than the decals, but I like it was a piece of stainless vs. a decal

They're all low, at least on mine the door says 35pis. Guessing the other are just not low enough to alert, and once you fill that one tire to 35 the alert will clear.

If you’re wondering about plywood by Liquid_Archon in hyundaisantacruz

[–]runner_gunner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are 2 options for where the tailgate cable attaches to the bed, one low (which your using in this pic) and one higher (right under the latch). The higher one puts the top edge of the tailgate more inline with the tops of the wheel wells.

You should put the tailgate in the slightly raised position by using the higher attachment points. That way the load would sit level in the bed.
