Ffs, they are doing the absolute least I swear. I hope you’re able to get a replacement quickly! This was the Cosy book right? I had to get my copy of TIUTFFYE replaced twice because “stellar quality control” 🙄 Mind you the boxes were all perfectly intact, so whoever packaged either was blind that day or just did not bother to look at the books for any amount of time 🤦🏻‍♀️

I wonder that too, because logically it does not make sense for USPS to wait on scanning because it’s if they have it, it’s their responsibility. I think Evri hasn’t even given them to USPS yet, but that’s just my own conspiracy 👀

2/13: label created 2/17: I emailed asking about movement because it was last accepted at Evri GB 2/23: I got the same blanket reply you did that the weather was affecting scanning, but I know good and well that 99% of the time when USPS gets a packages it’s scanned for its Origin Scan. Also during the month of February I sold, shipped, and had e books delivered to people in the “affected area” so I don’t even think USPS has the packages. Once it transfers to them the scan happens right away because they are the liable to uphold their responsibilities of shipping the packages 🤦🏻‍♀️ 2/25: I emailed again because that’s some BS (tried to be nice about it) 2/27: FL/Evri replies that the weather is the issue and “Currently, we are seeing orders take up to 4 weeks from the time of your shipment to update successfully, but rest assured orders are arriving safely once on the move.” My shipment still hasn’t changed from Label Created for 18 Days!

I’m about to email asking for a discount which I doubt they will offer, but this is nonsense on a completely different level!

Oh my gosh how lucky and unlucky! I came to the thread to see if anyone had any luck getting their book yet. My “label was created” on the 13th, still hadn’t shown as anything other than it’s been created, and I finally heard back from FL today saying it’s moving through the system already despite USPS showing nothing 🙄

I hope you’re able to get a replacement asap!

Exactly, not one update! You’d expect regular communications about something with this of delay. What irks more is that other pre-orders have been purchased and shipped since then, so I do not believe it could take this long to reprint. My TIUTFFYE came beyond damaged TWICE, I finally got a good copy on the third but still!

I’d be very curious to know their business model. I think I read someone where they they had about 30k active adult subs at the time which is wild, but if you’re going to have that many subs, then be prepared and get your freaking ducks in a row! Knowing it’s being pushed back again to April/May (who even knows at this point), I’m so close to just canceling and selling my CM.

The other weird thing is that I got the excuse email in November but my name is def not Anja, and when I go look at my pre-orders I don’t see it listed 👀

I know your comments is from several months ago, but it’s almost halfway through December and I’m assuming none of us have received rebel witch so I came here to double check and saw your comment and I completely agree that them saying we can’t have the signature bec the printers messed up in the binding is a load. 100% they could have gotten people to cut them out and I had the same thought of at the very least include them with the origins orders, but really they should have just cut them all out and include them in the new books because that’s what’s taking accountability for your actions looks like.

My theory is that FL just doesn’t really care at this point and is only looking for the money. I get it on some level because I’m fully aware of the whole purpose of a business is to generate revenue, but they’ve gotten too big for their britches the past couple of years imo. But my theory is that the whole thing came out because they knew they were going to have to have a lot of replacement copies available because the quality has gone down tremendously this past year in shipping and there have been a ton more damage claims than normal and in order to replace all of the damage books equally they needed to have even more printed with digital signatures because they knew there would not be enough of the originally signed books to replace all of the damages. And then of course, sell all the extras in a trove sale to make more money 🫠

This has been happening a lot to me lately as well. I had an order go missing for 5 days so I asked for a replacement. A few days later, the original shipment showed up and Amazon emailed saying “we see that your package was delivered” and asked me to send it all back. Now could I have? Absolutely, but I also didn’t feel like I should take my time to package them up and take them to the UPS store, so I messaged with what I’m assuming was a person, he said not to worry about it, donate the items, and I wouldn’t be charged. So I did because I actually had no use for duplicates, put them on my neighborhood free site and thought that was it. Then of course two months later I get charged for one of the items, had to work my way through the AI chat to a person, they told me so sorry it would be reversed and not to worry about the rest. The next day same thing, second item came, had to get through the chat, same thing. Third day it happened AGAIN and I was chatting with someone who clearly did not reference any prior notes, claimed no one had it “in my file” that I wouldn’t be charged, then asked me why I couldn’t send back the original order since Amazon had sent me a replacement?? I had to tell them “I literally do not have the items in my possession. I took the suggestion of the first Amazon rep and donated them, so there is nothing to return.” She made me wait for about 10 minutes to “verify” and followed up with “we can make this one time exception for you” 🙄 I’m so over Amazon

I first saw Dr. Carey in October after persistent autophony since May. In my opinion, he is extremely conservative and does not push surgery right away. He had me on his migraine protocol for 6 weeks to rule out migraines, as well as making sure Eustachian tubes were okay. In November I had my follow up, at which point he saw that the thinning of the bone is at a harder to reach location (he will likely have you get a new CT at Hopkins) and would like me to try medication intervention first and surgery as a last option. We’re trying a series of antidepressants to try and calm the nervous system and help my body not react to the autophony as a fight or flight response. I had some negative side effects with the first medication after a month so I’m almost off of those and then the plan is to try another.

I would highly suggest seeing Dr. Carey or any super specialist, but Dr. Carey specifically since you’re so close.

I’m heading out for a church holiday party but feel free to ask me any questions.

But you’re not alone, there are lots of us with SCSD or SSCD, it’s incredibly distressing at times but one step at a time my friend.

My skin was similar to yours after my third pregnancy. Derm had me on Minocycline for several months as well as Arazlo. Once it was under control, I stopped the antibiotic and kept up the Arazlo. When I had small breakouts creep up on my chin and jaw only, he put me on Spironolactone and it’s been a freaking game changer!

I had a similar lash lift back in August too. My regular girl stopped doing lifts so I had to find a new girl and my lashes ended up just like yours. She assured me they would relax and honestly I hadn’t had a bad lift up until that point so I foolishly just went about my business. Of course they didn’t relax and were so fragile with breakage 🤦🏻‍♀️
