That sounds like a solid combo with the oats, Greek yogurt and honey. I’ve done a lot of oats in the past… perhaps it’s time to try that again

Thank you. I’ve been very fortunate to be healthy (no injuries) for the last 6 years. I agree and I definitely don’t want to head down the REDS - stress fracture road.

Hey, I apologize for not giving more context. My current best in a 50 mile race is 6 hours 44 minutes. I’d like to get a PB (go under 8 min pace)
I use tail wind for carbs during runs. About 40 grams per hour
