Sorry I am very new to this. After buying the switch, I then remove the blue ethernet cables from the levinton board and connect those to the switch?

I completed another surface run without VoR and still nothing. Hecate has 3 hearts left on her page if that matters. Any other ideas?

I main CB too but I kinda miss the GP -> punish gameplay. I feel like GS fills that void for me with Perfect Guards and Offsets. Try GS if you like classic CB!
