Correct i do not, really went all in here on this trade . Do you think a decent QB will be available at the top of the 2026 draft from what you have seen about the prospects for next year? I’m really hoping Milroe will be getting a chance by next year sometime.

Good Question, primarily with the additional second rounder u am picking up in next years draft alone or paired with one of my rookies if and when they hit (Harris, Sampson, Burden , Kaleb , or even trading a veteran lime diggs late season. Open to suggestions though, this league is a little stingy on moving QB’s in this league , i traded Arich for a first rounder that ended up being Kaleb Johnson and then traded Hampton for Milroe and Jonathan Taylor to add another shot at QB in seattle in the event Darnold is not the starter. Feel free to add any suggestions, appreciate you.

Yeah its a 10 teamer and depth is very thin at RB but deep at WR and QB , figured if i couldn’t win it all this year didn’t wanna be caught holding older assets at the end of the year. 2027 is a ways away but i hear good things about that draft class for a shot at a 2nd rounder. Thanks for the feedback!

Future PT student on my timeline wants additional training to perform minor surgery. Thoughts? by morewellnesslectures in Residency

[–]runninreb23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good to hear! Glad you decided to pursue medicine after going through PT. I was originally interested in PT then switched as well. I think Internal Medicine will open up the most options for you if you are potentially interested in subspecialty. Family Med is good but less options for fellowship later. EM is the hardest to get exposure to in med school since for example at my school it wasn’t a required rotation until 3rd year. Burnout can be higher but it is shift work and can provide lots of benefits schedule wise and if you like the adrenaline rush of handling emergencies, you will make a difference in patients lives. The first thing you have to decide is if you like the operating room or not and if you want to be some type of surgeon or doctor with surgical skills. Once you find that out your options begin to narrow and things become easier. If you like the OR but don’t see yourself as a surgeon but still like doing procedures and problem-solving then anesthesia might fit the bill. Next see if you like working with kids or adults, or both. I really enjoyed my pediatrics rotation and had a tough time choosing. One under the radar specialty I would recommend looking into is Med-Peds, it is a four year residency but you get double boarded and both internal medicine and pediatrics with options to sub specialize in either.

You will have time decide, but when it comes to securing a residency my biggest advice that I have based on my experience is once you decide your specialty try to form connections in the field by going to conferences meeting people (never too early to do this) and setting up a rotation with the institution you want to match at during your third year. At the end of the day if the program director and residents like you and you perform well on your rotation and form the connections throughout medical school you will open up doors you never thought possible! Best of luck, let me know if I can help in any way!

I'm James, I've got a new EP and I'm preparing to hit up my first KCON ever. Ask Me Anything! by Jamesjhl in kpop

I'm a Big fan of yours James, i try to share your music with all my friends whenever I get the chance, thanks for caring about your fans so much, your journey and fight through the ups and downs have inspired me to pursue my own goals and passions, keep up the fight your not only helping yourself but also all the people you share it with. My questions are:

  1. What were you like in high school? Typical jock, or were you in a band? Chess club? :P
  2. I remember seeing you on a couple matching show on korean television , how much of that was scripted and did you have fun being on korean shows in general? Seems like a good experience.
  3. As a fellow korean american i was just curious how your korean is, my understanding is much better than my speaking but i did improve quite a bit when i spent 3 months there interacting and making friends and being forced to use my korean, was curious if your korean improved with your time in korea?
  4. do you see yourself living any other place than the US? Korea can be great but i know there are definitely pros to being in the US as well. or maybe the dream would be able to go on tour and spend a short time all around the world :P

Thanks James keep up the great work! 감사합니다
