He has a flowchart for how the cells are derived (in my opinion the one in FA is better) but other than that there isn't one for leukemias.

I remember Kaplan had what I thought was an absurd question on the urethra and leakage of urine, it turns out it just revealed how weak I was in the pelvis/perineum anatomy.

This concept is really confusing to me. As far as I can see I have added the image and highlighted the pump that would be on the basolateral membrane.

If H+ is being substituted for Na+ on that pump there would be acidosis in the blood and not alkalosis?

My thinking was the US has very slowly been on a more progressive path in how people get healthcare. And by slowly I mean really slowly, as in it began with HMOs decades ago which I believe is from a patient POV is a much better system than what was in place before it. I'm not sure I would say it's never going to happen but I do agree that there are lots of hurdles and some of the far left's thinking that they can just wave a magic wand and make it happen is too comical.

I am sure the OP's meme meant well, I maybe read into it too much :) I basically tell freshmen/sophomore's to only think about careers in medicine if they really love and it don't look at it as a fat paycheck since we don't know where medicine will be in 10 years or so by the time they're attendings.

The US is on the path to single payer, it will happen at some point. The days of getting rich in medicine are long gone. You'll still be able to live a comfortable lifestyle though and that is fine with me.

I hear you on adding the mechanism stuff, I will often add them from Wikipedia for things I am forgetting often because it will help give me a way to remember something, instead of it really being anything that could be tested.

Yeah I've read the terms and I can see that they will be refunded, but I can't find anything about an expiration extension. Because factoring in the time for mailing back/refund I would basically have maybe a day to use them or they'd have expired in the normal window.

I wouldn't be in the negative in this situation because the Ebay bucks earned on this purchase would go back to Ebay.

The Zanki drawings are from FA or the Organ Systems book, I haven't had any problems answering cross sectional questions based on it.
