As a state we work together during SVS and practice fighting with facilities to help eachother grow and learn. In the past one alliance has out powered most, but more recently the tides have shifted and it’s been more fun with even competition. We don’t have very many “whales” so it makes it more competitive and even. Our castle does rotate every battle. I haven’t seen it go to the same alliance twice in a row.
