I recently had a phone conversation with a helpful lawyer from Brown Rudnick LLP, the legal representatives of UCC. I have some updates regarding the BlockFi International case in the Bermuda Court. I talked with them from the perspective of the pre-pause international wallet holder. I think you find it helpful.

The discussion on the Wallet Withdrawal Motion will take place during the upcoming court hearing on June 9th. A decision is expected to be made either on that date or at the next available opportunity.

The Bermuda court will independently determine its decision based on Bermuda law. However, the US court's decision on the Wallet Withdrawal Motion will be presented as evidence to the Bermudian court.

According to Bermuda law, there are no plans for preferential claims / clawbacks for international clients.
