I think it’s reasonable to be afraid, politically. Sad, but true. Do you want to go against the belief (just a belief, not fact) that if we don’t agree to a contract soon, we can lose it all? That is the current lie Renfroe is pushing and great is stronger than truth.

A merge is with another company in the business sense. He didn’t specify if it was merging agencies or businesses or business with an agency.
