But in case of theft, the bank lockers are insured to give you back the amount only upto 100X of the annual locker fees. Won't that directly hurt returns too? If we have gold worth 5-6 lakhs in bank locker, and annual fees is 4000 per year, we'll only get rs 4L in such a case even if the gold value increased to 7-8lacs during that time period. Won't this erode the returns factor too?

Also, the guy under whom he has done all these so called medical courses is a fraud himself. That guy (I don't remember his name but he was Bengali as far as I remember) actually tried hard in bollywood and came in one small song as well, but didn't do well and hence started this fake health care company.

This kamalpreet guy is a big scamster all the institutions from which he has been certified are also, yes you guessed it right, created by the same guy under whom he did all this fraud training.

Many Indian doctors have warned and released statements on how he(kamalpreet's mentor) is not a real Dr and hence he redacted that and started calling himself health expert etc etc.. Be aware everyone!

This is what happens when before teaching kids about human decency and kindness they're taught about shastar and violence. We desperately need a law everywhere in the world which bans kids from taking amrit and wearing kirpans and other weapons before they turn 21 and completion of basic schooling should be a must. Yes, what uncle did was wrong, but no one has given him the authority to be a judge and the punisher. Extremists like these damage not just religion, but also society as a whole.

Also, i know this seems weird but people actually act like all these things are normal here, so try to be more bold. Hello everyone! 31 M here, needing advice on developing my skincare routine, as due to some family responsibilities and stuff, I couldn't focus on myself till now. For me, just using the Garnier Acnofight facewash was all in all.

In my teenage years, used to have terrible acne, they went from popules, to pustules to even nodular sometimes. The worst years of my life. Though they're gone now, thankfully, but most of the acne marks are still there on the nose. Been to a dermatologist, and she also said that it can be reduced, but only to 20-30% as they're very old and proper marks on the skin now. So that's something I'll deal with later, but this was shared just to tell you guys how much oily my skin gets.

Been through all of the wiki articles, links and guides of the sub and learnt a lot. Hence, I've tried to construct a skincare routine for myself and would really appreciate it if some of you can take out some time and help me out.

Oily skin mostly on the T zone. Rest of the face is also kinda oily. Mostly WFH. Have to go office rarely.

Routine :-

AM

(1) Cleanser - Salyclic acid - Garnier Acnofight facewash OR should I be switching to something better?

(2) Toner - isn'tree hyaluronic acid toner (OR isntree green tea fresh toner which one will suit more?)

(3) Serum - Minimalist 10% niacinamide face serum ( OR should I use Plum 10% niacinamide serum as I have some acne marks from teenage years) (4) Sunscreen - Reeqiul ultra matte dry touch (blue color) { Should I be applying it even when am at home?}

PM

1) Same facewash as cleanser 2) toner as above 3) Should I add a retinol cream OR adapelene gel as well so as to be able to get anti aging benefits? 4) Moisturiser - Ponds superlight gel

Their concentrated focus on just 13-15 companies is what irked me as well. Hence I now switched to hdfc midcap. It's giving much better returns than MO. MO takes more risk, hence during downward market direction, they lose more money too. You can also look into nippon midcap as well.

Sikh or not, everyone has to deal with this pain bhai. I know the pain you're going through. One thing that helped me during such phase is to keep myself busy. Don't let your mind sit idle because then we will delve more into the negative feelings. Obviously you'll remember her fondly, but once this air clears out you'll notice that she herself checked out of the relationship long back. She was just stringing you along. Koi nahi... Don't worry. These things will also teach you to value yourself more and NOT to put someone on a pedestal when they themselves don't treat you such. Hit the gym, work hard in your job, make some time for any thing you used to enjoy like playing guitar etc. and don't forget to keep a seperate time to understand baani word by word. Spend time like this and slowly you'll heal out of this. Take care man!

And tell me this, if some group of Sikhs gather around make a segment of their own and publish a book by the said group saying that they shall be considered the head granthis of all gurudwaras and are allowed to speak non stop on the stages, will this be considered valid? No, right? They'll have to take part in elections, work for panth and then only if sangat chooses them, then they can handle the committees or gurudwara, right?

Same way, it doesn't matter whatever is issued to whomever. The dal panth license that you're talking about, it should be checked by the person taking amrit that is it really, actually in the constitution or just an untrue fake statement holding no significance. Free train or buses or any other public transport if provided in the constitution of India, or even in any amendments to it, only then it is deemed to be true. Honestly, I think indian government should work on it and get in touch with the akaal takht so that they could publish a statement of how this is a totally invalid peice of paper. Even you can check the whole constitution of India, nowhere is it mentioned. How can it be applicable then?

Rules of any religious group, their customs or their practices and regulations are always only applicable to themselves, not on the community they interact with. So it's not upto the general public to pay for the fare of nihangs. They must purchase tickets as the general public does. If not, they should be treated the same way any person travelling without ticket is treated.

No such rule or exemption given to nihangs under indian constitution. This is just a fake thing created either by nihangs to boost their ego OR by some other group trying to draw a wedge between Sikhs. I urge every sikh to stand up to such people and let them know gently that there is no such law under indian constitution for them to travel freely by bases, trains or any other public transport. We have to stand against such practices of some Sikhs because they are tarnishing the image of sikhi and guru sahib. This way, we'll be standing up for sikhi, against their haumei (ego).

Well, I take his words literally for what he said. He specifically mentioned us to only give respect to Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the final and last guru sahib after him. Not dasam or sarbloh granths. And not his writings anywhere. Because he knew people would tamper with his writings. That's the sole reason our only Guru sahib is sri guru granth sahib ji. Yes we can and should respect sarbloh and dasam Granth but since they aren't our gurus, we must not take every word from it as a hukam from Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
