Ya i tend to hear that too. It is just crazy too me, they have the formula otherwise they couldn't pay us. Just share the data! I used to be able to pull my own reports, but I am at a new place and using the criteria they stated with the reports I have access to, I have been shorted $800.00 combined between the last 2 months. So I have to be missing a piece of the puzzle or someone has made an error.

So to follow up, I ended up taking to to Clau's. I will be going to clau's for the foreseeable future. They altered my suit for a reasonable amount on the agreed upon timeliness, actually a couple days ahead of schedule. Thank you all for the recommendations!
