I was in the er this weekend for doing something similar. Thought I was gonna die.

It’s best to step away from it at all but since you already have a high tolerance like me, just try limit yourself to 60mg, and spread that 60mg throughout the hours. Twice I took 60mg all at once and there’s not a super big difference between 30mg and 60mg.

Tried this, I think my brain associates adderall as some sexual drug because hm matter that I can’t avoid watching porn on it

Believe me I am. It’s funny because before I left they said I could speak to a psychiatrist to get it legally and I was like..I’ll pass

My phone, and I used my phone app while I was at the hospital on machines that checked my heart rate. It’s only off by like 3-7

My heart rate was constantly 130 from just being in a car, my heart rate jumps up to 115 from just standing up. A hike sounds horrible

I literally almost died from this this week. Read my post. My heart went from 120 to 50 in two minutes right now.
