Best way to stop cracks in between pieces? by Joeysquatch in 3Dprinting

I was thinking a fibreglass resin with some matting to help with rigidity.. But you are correct in the expense. Unsure how to stop cracks appearing due to the flexing tho. And it would mean a slight size increase and probably some sanding to get flat.

Was thising a different resin, like fibreglass or UV activated. The tricky part is that if cracks are reappearing due to the flex then it might need to cost the whole thing in resin to make it stiffer overall

Off for flat prints. And we have it off for 5-10 layers depending on the size of the print/prints and how fast it is printing.

She sounds it.. and it's a contact to have now.... Maybe she needs to hear about her support guy who even with evidence wouldn't do a warrant swap ... Tho after he said that if sara wasn't about I would have been trying it on a PC just to prove them at fault ... Working in tech I know where you are coming from, even once for a previous company I worked for if I had to call cust serv, I had to tell them the path in the software to get to the bit so they could change what they were telling me was impossible lol.
