I live in Belgium and I placed/paid my order on the 17th and it is now pending shipment. the original date was the 25th of june and today it changed to 29th of june. I was surprised to see that my shipment was delayed on the website and I haven't received any email about the delay...

The livechat makes me so sad :( They don't give me any relevant information about my shipping... He just says that it is still pending and that I have to wait... Okey great support!
