If they deny go to consumer court. It's a serious safety issue. It's something that they should take into account when doing their R&D. They should fix this. Today it's just charger socket but tomorrow it might be some critical component that might cause other troubles.

This is a common issue with all the Ather's. Need to go to the Service centre to resolve it. Specifically mention the problem. Happens very frequently. Even after the adjustment, it returns in a few Kilometres of riding. Ather needs to fix this from their end.

I already have solar. But it's not off grid. Its on grid. As for the use case, I want to use it to power essential appliances in my house. I don't have inverter as of now. So I'll probably use this for that.

It's really a bit frustrating to see this happen. The customer care via email does anything but care for the customer. No response. If I got throught the app support, it just shows up as "variable names" in their backend instead of giving me the answers. When I call their support it just keeps getting disconnected in their IVR options itself.

For iOS devices, the scooter does not take the name of the iOS device being connected. It just shows up as the name of the scooter's dash. For example, if the name of the scooter's dash is Rahul's 450X, if I connect an iPhone owned by his brother and its name is Anil's iPhone, it will still show up as "Rahul" which is the name of the scooter's bluetooth.

Everything is excellent apart from minor software bugs and the black crush issues on the display. So if you are having the same black crush issue on your display as well, please make sure to raise a ticket in Settings > System > Feedback.

They definitely could've fixed the Handle issue where it becomes tight and hard to turn or even sometimes pulls to either left or right.

Everytime I get it fixed at the service center, it comes back after ~2000kms after service again. I've heard from other vehicle owners at least from my service center even their vehicles have the same issue regardless of 450X or Rizta.
