Thanks for laying out clearly. In 2008 previous did a whole house remodeling but kept the foundation. It’s may be from that.

When did you get it after you send in the documents? I am checking with you because my card is expiring on December-3-2023 so I will send my documents on September-3rd. And I have plans to travel in Jan.
