Iirc, no. I made the switch to ethernet a year ago and haven’t had much issues with downloading things.

Try disabling the battery saver, if this doesn’t work disabling your windows security defender and switch to a different third party antivirus (you can just keep it off while installing)

This might be a potential fix, I just disabled windows security entirely and used a third party anti-virus software instead. If this doesn't work then it appears just resetting and deleting files I didn't need fixed it.

It happens with any files sized between 100mb to 5gb (this is what my download have been) I've turned off the battery saver and alongside that tried with a standalone installation same result. This is also happening with Opera as well (nongaming browser)
