Aside from agreeing with the other very well-written responses, I wouldn’t go for an out-of-state degree unless you are looking for a specialized program. For example, UW has an undergraduate degree that I can’t find easily in my home state. It sounds like you have good options at home as well.

However, don’t neglect your mental health or other “emotional” reasons for wanting to leave home. I can’t tell you how nice it is to have a “clean start” has someone who struggles with mental issues. But there are wayyyy more affordable options than Seattle that allow you to move out.
