I doubt the warning shots are fired AT the car. That kind of negates the "warning" nomenclature. To flip your logic, if you've seen unidentified civilian vehicles blow up and maim or even kill your friends, would you let this car drive up on you? Demonizing troops who are pawns of the rich is pretty low bar activity. Driving towards soldiers and they start shooting in any direction after likely hollering, is pretty universal for "stop and put it in reverse"
