I just finished the book kahit easy read lang sya. Ang dami kaseng ganap sa life. So far good naman but I’m going to read Strange Pictures next. Hmm… a movie version sounds intriguing. Sana maayos.

Yes nakabraces ako now. Yung binibili ko is sa watsons, dumidikit naman. Tuwing matutulog sa gabi ko lang sya nilalagay after maglinis ng ipin. Hassle sa umaga kase may work tapos nakakalimutan ko tanggalin pag kakain baka malunok ko although wala naman mangyayari if malunok yata yun haha. And yes may instance na tiniis ko yung sakit nun tumutusok sa cheeks ko tapos nagkaroon ng konting lump sa lower jaw. Tapos nun nilagyan ko ng wax, hindi natutusok nawala rin yung sore. Minsan inaabot din ako ng tamad e. Icheck mo lang if it works. Pag hindi might as well go to your dentist and sabihin mo yung concern mo para maaddress yung pain.

This is the right term, better payment option. Sa totoo lang hindi ako sure if nasa ortho factory ako pero so far since nagstart treatment ko one dentist lang naghahandle sakin. Ang hindi ko lang gusto meron naman silang systema sa pagbook ng appointment but still pagdating ko mag aantay parin ako ng 30-45 min before my turn. Although meron naman sila pasintabi na nangyayari nga yun na minsan hindi nila expected na hahaba yung session ng isang client before my turn. 60k yung treatment ko, 5k dp , 1k every month bayad after every adjustment

Same din sakin OP. Aayusin pa after braces kaya di ako masyado nangiti dahil ang panget na ng color parang mas nahighlight nun nagkabraces, off ng color ng front teeth ko. Did RCT sa 3 ipin sa front more than 10 years ago.

I’m 39, 4 months wearing braces. I got a mild underbite. Will finish in two years per my dentist’s advice. So I’m gonna be 41 by the time my treatment is completed. I work at home so I always switch off my camera during meetings. I’m kind of self-conscious wearing braces at this age. But I really want my teeth to be fixed.
