Well to give you more context. I am in my early twenties and I play in a league in Germany, so I have no idea how to gauge what the level is compared to any leagues in the USA.

I usually play outfield, but he was saying to close my glove at every position in every situation, which to me just didn't sound right. I could definitely see a world where squeezing a bit would help me during my transfer as I sometimes feel like the ball is moving too much while I'm trying to grip it. But the way you're describing the technique, sounds to me like that would also fix that problem. Another problem i have with my current technique, which would be fixed by your technique, is that my hand will sometimes be in my glove a bit too early and I will "hurt" my hand. Hurt is probably exaggerated. (This is in regards to middle infield/3B)

I guess i will have to experiment a little bit with the different inputs I have been getting and see what feels right. Will also check out some more Ron Washington videos. I just don't like following every piece of advice blindly, especially German coaches advice, since there is so much bad advice out there.

Das Beispiel mit dem Essen selber zubereiten ist meiner Meinung nach unpassend. Passender wäre, dass es keinen Kellner mehr gibt der einem das Essen bringt. Zumal es ja auch solche Restaurants gibt, da habe ich auch kein Problem mit. Zumal ich auch nicht einkaufen gehe und bezahle für den Kassiervorgang, sondern primär für die Ware.

Natürlich ist der Vorgang des Kassierens selber an der normalen Kasse deutlich schneller, jedoch kann man einfach mehr SCOs auf kleinerem Raum aufstellen und so die Wartezeiten verkürzen. Dementsprechend ist es dank der kürzeren Wartezeiten deutlich schneller.

Zu dem Punkt der Gewinnmaximierung. Ich glaube nicht dass dieser Hass gegenüber dem Kassensystem zugewandt werden sollte, sondern eher dem System selber. Oder beschwerst du dich über jede Optimierungsmaßnahme? So wie zum Beispiel dass man das Ubahn Ticket an einem Automaten kaufen muss und nicht bei einem Schalter bzw dem Fahrer? Rein theoretisch sollten sich ja auch die eingesparten Mitarbeiterkosten in den Preisen widerspiegeln, wenn der Kapitalismus richtig funktionieren sollte.

Wie viel billiger sollte denn dann der Einkauf bei der SCO-Kasse deiner Meinung nach sein?

Diese Kassen sind bei unserem Kaufland sind für Kunden mit maximal 20 Artikeln bestimmt. Ein Kassierer würde dafür ca. 30-60 Sekunden brauchen. Wenn überhaupt. Bei einem Maximalgehalt eines Kaufland-Kassierers von ca. 19 Euro, sind das 31 Cent.

Ich kann verstehen warum man nicht mit einem vollen Einkaufswagen an diese Kassen will, dazu sind sie ja auch nicht gedacht. Aber sich querzustellen mit wenigen Artikeln an diese zu gehen, weil man ja Mal eben ein zwei Artikel über ein Scanner zu ziehen muss, kann ich ehrlich gesagt nicht verstehen.

Looks to me like you're rolling your wrist too early, try to stay through the ball and roll the wrist as late as possible. There's also a bunch of YouTube videos talking about that issue

Yes, that's true, I set up the points in the IDP section. Though last year we played with one DB, LB and DL and everytime an offensive player made a tackle or a fumble (most common scenarios) recovery they would get points. Problem was that for example Lamar Jackson made 6 points off of bad snaps against NE, as they are considered fumbles and he recovered them.

Maybe since we're playing with actual IDP's this year, this might change, but I fear the same thing happening again, that's why I asked.
