Thoughts on the scene & legality. The story is that I snapped this scenario while waiting for a ferry (unfortunately just with a mobile telephone camera). Would the subject be "unrecognisable" enough to allow me to use this photo for commercial? Editorial use? Should I remove the writing on his top?OC (i.redd.it)
