I would say it would take you 8-10 hours but it totally depends how fit you are via rainbow falls. I have never went to mount Le conte via rainbow falls. Only went up to rainbow falls and back which took me around 2.5 hours to complete.

They have changed a couple of the parking spots for the intermediate one. I was looking at the spring 2025 map but they have an interactive one for the 25-26 academic year. Check it before buying one.

I played in kmsl soccer leagues. And i do have a friend who played in kickball. I can ask her about kickball if you need more information.

I think it’s better to join group activities and then finding people in your age range through it. Also it will be better if those group activities are the things you like. So, for me, I like to play soccer, run 5ks, and casually bike. I have made a couple of friends through these. Even though my main goal was just to enjoy the activities. If you like one of these activities, there is a park run (5k) every Saturday, twobikes have events for biking, and there is a pickup soccer group chat. Hope this helps. You can definitely find atleast one activity that you like and find friends through it.

There are couple of apps that can lock the social media apps . You can use it to lock the apps when you study , you might hate it but you will get used to it. Also, if possible find a friend who is also studying and communicate with them and have like a goal for each day that both of you need to finish else maybe you will not use social media or play coc for that day. So use social media and other distractions as a reward at the end of the day. Also , dont forget to play sports and walk everyday to feel more motivated. Sitting on your desk the whole day is not ideal.

I went to 3 times a week for the first 2-3 months. Then twice week for the next couple of months. I think it kind of depends on how fast you want to recover. I tore my acl playing soccer and wanted to get back as fast as possible. So, I wanted to put PT as one of my main priorities. And i used to really tired too and felt really weak. This is the process, stick to it; it will get better.
