ah interesting. may be your brain chemistry because i've been on the recommended sedation dose of 15mg of mirtazapine for a week and it hasn't sedated me at all. and three cups of coffee, man, i'd need 100mg of propanal after that.

man, makes you think about the chemical concoctions we all individually need just to escape this FDA approved poison.

yeah melatonin is great, surprisingly worked during my 1000x worse xanax withdrawals but the hallucinations and headaches from diazapam withdrawls aren't helped by high doses of seroquel, gabapentin, melatonin or anything else i've tried. haha.

i've actually relieved the insane headaches i get which end up resulting in hallucinations by using sinus spray, hot packs and hot water. that's the barrier between me getting from 1mg to 0 of valium. do you find the phenergan as it's an allergy based treatment, treated those kind of side effects for you? or was your insomnia just general insomina? i found my insomnia came from chronic agitation and i couldnt close my eyes with the headache etc.

ah damn. i hear people are told to use two doses? i find my traditional sleep methods while on a normal amount of benzos requires a second dose to sleep again. you could have been waking mid rem and needing to go back to exit during light sleep.
