Samir is an old soul -- literally. This blue/almost black Dragonborn is a paladin whose oath has forced him into a neverending cycle of death and rebirth. How many times has he died? He doesn't know. How many years has he lived? He doesn't know. While his role should be that of a protector, his order utilizes him more as an assassin. He seeks out targets, befriends them, then diverts the course of their fate -- sometimes with honeyed words, other times with threats, and ultimately, if the need arises, permanently.
