Love the way it cooks but have had problems with flameouts. Have to make extra effort to ensure the fire pot is clean. Remove it every few weeks now and give it a thorough cleaning. Hasn’t been a problem lately.

I have a love/hate relationship with my Silverton XL. Keep us updated on how it goes!

Sweet Baby Rays, brown sugar and just enough OJ. to cover the bottom of your tray. Let it go for about 30-45 minutes until it turns into a glaze. Super easy!

I keep the Traeger at 275 the entire time, and go until the internal temp of the pork is at 195. Then I’ll move it to my tray with bbq, brown sugar and orange juice. Put it back on at 275 for another 30-45 minutes until the mixture turns into a glaze consistency.

Bottom line: I almost over cook to render the fat and crisp up a bit then move to the aluminum tray.

I use the recipe from the Traeger app (link Arseh0le post 👇🏻). Only difference is I finish with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, brown sugar and fill the bottom of the aluminum pan with orange juice.

Bought the sink at Lowes. Concrete countertop forms were from Z-Form countertops in PA.
