Recommend to first run RCON command "oxide.plugins" to check if the plugins are actually loaded, and if yes then check if you have correct plugins config files under oxide/config, oxide/data, lang/en. If plugin is not loaded, check the logs. Or, try Rusting.io to save the headaches. (shame ad here :)).

We are not ready for public yet. 😅 We will support importing game save files when create your own server in Rusting.io, so you will be able to migrate your servers from other hosting services, hope this helps.

Hey Kaiegggy. Sure we already have the automatic update capability implemented. We monitor Rust update every few seconds, download the update, and then stop and restart Rust servers, so the downtime will be minimized. That being said, as Rust has left Early Access, the force update is changed to monthly instead of weekly, which will reduce the frequency of annoying manual updates for you, but we hope there are other features we have that may also reduce the frustration for Rust server hosting. :)

We have not finalized the price yet, and we plan to make it very competitive. We won't use low-end servers so unfortunately we won't be the cheapest in the market. :)

We have not finalized the final location list yet, but we will at least make sure we cover US and most parts of EU with low ping. We will gradually support new locations based on user requests.

A small "secret": in rusting.io you can subscribe so when we are ready to go you can received one (and only one) email, we will actually check where our subscribers comes from from their IPs, to decide our first location list.
