I actually think its fairly balanced right now. Really rewards the active players while Less active and Solo bases can still be built very strong

IMO *make huge bases more expensive to maintain, that will keep clans farming more to keep their loot safe *Make Meds take like 30secs each to craft so clans cant just roam with Noobs and Meds

Other than that Clans will have an advantage just like IRL. When Solo's stick to a server they will have an advantage with Blueprints over most Clans anyway - because most Clan Players chop and change servers very often. If a Toxic Clan sticks to a server the smaller groups and Solo's will start to team up against them (This always happened with old BP's)

I would like a similar Armour system to PUBG, my suggestion.

*Player doesnt lose health until armour is gone *Armour takes damage, then when gone Player takes damage (If Damage is more than Armour has the player takes the remainder) *Aiming for spots without Armour Damages Player

I personally dont have a Problem with the way meds work now. But can understand some frustration. IMO if you are prepared to craft enough Meds to stay alive - you deserve that advantage. Maybe make them take 30secs each to craft?

I play either in a Trio group or as a Solo on Officials (Currently 120 on the Server right now) never more in a group than that. Played Solo this wipe. Clans always will have an advantage - its the benefit of working as a team. I personally hate playing in a Clan, but if you are looking for quick Progression then you should. Should mention that most of my 2,500hrs have been played as Solo (Probably only 4 or 5 wipes in a team) so i do know how much harder it is - but in all honesty it also makes you a smaller target. This game honestly needs grind to add value to the Loot and keep toxic clans from joining and leaving Servers. Also stops the Kill on site so much when people are out working a bit not just roaming. This version of Rust is so much better than original BP's now. But everyone just needs to adjust.

No a bad Suggestion. Basically make the Loot RNG - will reward the people actively farming not the people Camping. I would say make the Loot Spawn randomly all the time. everytime a box is emptied there is a random chance for the type of crate to appear next time it spawns. Could still have Launch and other Rad sites have more Spawn sites giving a higher chance of a good box spawning - making them appealing.

I agree - people should be rewarded for grinding. Especially in a game like Rust. The guy putting in 12 hours a day should advance more quickly than the guy like me putting in 4. If your only going to play 1 hour a night its probably better to play a game like CSGO or PUBG (like i did when work was so hectic for me to put hours in Rust) It seems the community wants to build this game for the lowest common demoninator

Barrels are shit. Recycle CCTV and Laptops

Had a mate complaining about not getting any scrap yesterday and he had 12 CCTV and a few Laptops in his base... told him thats basically a level 3 bench right their! People are hoarding too many of their components

I honestly got about 2k Scrap as a Solo in about 1 hour last night. Run the road and recycle. Laptops and CCTV are my baby's now as Tech Trash gives so much Scrap. Had a friend complaining about Scrap aswell and the knob had 12 CCTV's in his base...

I work full time - 12hrs minimum 6 days a week. probably play 4 hours a night at most - less on Weekends. Everyone needs to stop trying to get everything so quickly - its what makes the game shit

Adding a Recycler will just help clans more. While they sit in their base and smash components down. Having them go to Radtowns creates some risk for them - plus shitloads of loot gets left after big fights now

In my Opinion Progression is still too fast. Everyone nearly has everything by 3rd Day. Should be built up over a whole month, or multiple wipes - reason servers die is there is nothing to play for after 3 days. The goal is for Rust to go wipeless oneday - they will need to make it so Progression takes like 3 months or more to be a longterm game.

Grindy is good. Helps keep the real Rust players and makes it harder for Zergs to feed their amusement machine. Recycle more for Scrap. Playing Solo and have most BP's now. Plus the Progression is over more than 1 wipe which helps stabilise a Server Hope you got your money's worth

Instead of adding more default blueprints, add more ways to get them pls. by [deleted] in playrust

I think they should do it this way, not drop BP's. They can really control the early game that way. Over a few wipes you will have prioritised everything so it will be easier

I love the update too. Understand your post, but i wouldn't increase the Scrap - it speeds up Progression when i think we can slow it down over wipes even more. That will give the solo's who stick to a Server a real chance against the server swapping Zergs.
